Healthwatch Surrey commissioned Nick in summer 2022 to help us with a complete re-name and re-brand of our Community Interest Company. 

Nick worked with us to understand our vision and requirements. He helped us define what sort of organisation we wanted to be, which in turn led to the creation of a new brand and name. Nick helped us with the whole process, in terms of starting with a range of concepts and then honing down to a shortlist, and finally one name. complete with a strapline which aligned with our vision, mission and values.  Nick then guided us through the selection of the look and feel of our branding, ensuring that it matched our overall vision.   Finally, Nick has developed a fantastic suite of assets such as Powerpoint and Word templates, so that everything is in place for our launch. 

At every stage Nick has been a pleasure to work with.  Nick’s creativity and ideas have sparked fantastic conversations amongst our team, and the work has been a great collaboration. He understands our needs as a CIC to ensure we take the Board with us on the journey, involving them in key decisions as required.  We love the end result, and have really enjoyed working with Nick along the way.
