Retail brand identity

The owners of this family-run business wanted to refresh their shop’s branding to help give them a competitive edge in this very tough retail climate.

There was an extra dimension to the brief – to create a separate brand for the curtain making business that resided within the shop.

Initial brand strategy work led to a recommendation that the two brands were to be stand-alone but visually linked to demonstrate the relationship between the two.

The design solution for both brands is based on a classic typographic style incorporating a subtle ‘bed post’ motif.
