About Nick
Ovenden
Using strategically-driven design to deliver clearly focussed branding, inspiring pride in the owner and engaging the brand’s customers.
Nick has been a practising designer for over thirty years, many at prestigious London agencies including Landor and Loewy, developing brands such as Weetabix, Carlsberg Tetley, Vodafone, Durex and Monsoon.
Now, as an independent designer, he specialises in giving brand clarity to new start-up businesses as well as established organisations that are going through a transition phase of growth and development or a merger.
Nick works with small to medium sized businesses – recent clients are from the medical, retail, sports and leisure, financial and technology sectors.
Working from his studio in Dorset, Nick is ‘hands on’, personally undertaking the strategic and creative design work directly for his clients. He has a network of tried and trusted specialist collaborators to call on for copywriting, photography, website build or marketing whenever needed.
